Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By registering, you agree to all of these terms.

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the m71pet platform and all services under it. When you create an account on m71pet or access the platform, you automatically agree to all clauses of these Terms.

m71pet is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino and various other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. Accessing and using the platform means your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

Important Notice: These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

m71pet reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you are considered to have agreed to the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

To create a valid account on m71pet, the following conditions must be met:

  • Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
  • Creating an account using another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • m71pet may request additional documents for identity verification when needed.

2.1 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of deposits and withdrawals, m71pet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Verification may require a copy of a national ID card or passport, a selfie, and bank or mobile banking details. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3. Age Verification

Age Requirement: m71pet is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

At registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. m71pet may request proof of age at any time. If a user registers with a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposits may be forfeited.

We urge parents and guardians to ensure that underage members of your family cannot access this platform. Enable parental controls on devices where necessary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable to all payment methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
  • When making a deposit, ensure you are using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
  • The deposit amount will be added to your m71pet balance immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • If KYC verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
  • Withdrawals may be limited if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Fast Payments: m71pet ensures that valid withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. In some cases, security checks may take longer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered.

  • The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
  • Bonus bets may not apply to certain games.
  • A bonus applies to one account only and can be used once.

5.3 VIP Program

The m71pet VIP program has four tiers. Playing more and wagering more allows you to advance to higher tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

m71pet reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing on m71pet:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.
  • If a technical error causes an abnormal result in any game, m71pet reserves the right to cancel that round.
  • For cricket betting, match results depend on the announcement of the official authority.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
  • m71pet will not be liable if a game is interrupted due to network issues; however, the user's session data is saved.
  • A bet cannot be changed after it has been placed in any game.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on m71pet. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

  • Creating or operating more than one account.
  • Abusing bonus terms, such as creating new accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses.
  • Playing games using software, bots, automation tools or any artificial means.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Misconduct or harassment toward other users.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Impersonating m71pet staff.
  • Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud.
Warning: m71pet will take strict action against fraudulent activity and will cooperate with law enforcement agencies where necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by m71pet

m71pet may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Providing false or incomplete registration information.
  • Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to pass age verification.
  • Instructions from a regulatory authority or legal requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, contact us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. Please withdraw all valid balance before closing your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

m71pet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment. We want our users to enjoy it in a healthy and safe way.

  • Set deposit and time limits for yourself.

12. Terms Changes

  • If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
